About the Sports Nutrition classes

Sculpting Fitness offers Sports Nutrition Classes for sports people. These are designed to help improve sporting performance, This is achieved by dietary and training assessment. The sessions look at the fueling of the body for pre, during and post training and event. To help maximise performance and recovery.

Example of sports drinks and foods are available for individuals to try and purchase. The classes are about an hour and can be tailored towards any sport. Individual Nutrition plans for athletes can be produced, to ensure a complete balance is gained along with plans to help athletes lose or gain weight
