About Weight Management Courses
Sculpting Fitness runs Nutrition and Weight Management courses for individuals and groups of up to 10 people. 10 is the maximum number of people allowed on a course to ensure it is kept personal and makes sure all participants goals are achieve able and get the support they need. The course is split into 8 one hour sessions if run for a group, with the chance to book up a private slot before or after a sessions for personal feed back. The course looks at the effects of the foods we eat, why we choose the foods we do and why we crave the food we do. The course takes place through, quiz's, dietary assessment, lecture, activity diaries, and group discussion. This allows the group to learn and work thought their own problems with food. Usually the help and support the students get from each other helps them tackle individual issues as often they one member of the group has a solution to problems that other have. Steve will use Dine systems to analysis your eating habits and help you make the changes you need. Your results will be presented in graphs and charts to work out where changes need to be made.
