About Personal Training
Sculpting Fitness offers Personal Training to people all over Devon and Cornwall. Personal Training is a way of making sure you hit your goals and target unlike in a gym. You inform a Personal Trainer of what you want to achieve and why. Together you then plan away to get you to your goals in a way you will enjoy. The Personal Trainer will push, encourage and motivate you to achieve your goals. Your progress is monitored every 6-8 weeks to make sure your training program will make sure you hit your goals but also mark your progress as well.
Personal Training sessions can last between 15 mins-2 hours depending on the goals and targets that have been set. Sessions normally take place at the client's home, but can take place in any of the following places;
- Local park
- Work place
- Gym
- Sports Ground
Sessions are normally performed on a one-to-one level but sessions can be run with up to four people taking part in the sessions. In these sessions adjustments will be made to make sure everyone works out properly and benefits from their session.
Prices for Personal Training sessions start from £25.00 per hour and prices vary according to distance traveled to client/s. Some of the goals that are often worked towards are;
- Weight loss/gain
- Improvement of fitness
- Posture correction
- Training for a specific event, e.g marathon, sport
- Improve health due to health problems
