Sculpting Fitness offers Sports Massage to people. This involves using fingers, knuckles, elbows and forearms to loosen up tight muscles. The tight muscles at people suffer from can occur from every day activities and once they have been treated it is recommended that you have a session once every 4-6 weeks to stop them returning.
Tight muscles cause pain and discomfort and are very common in peoples backs. These tight areas can become muscular tension and traumas, which can calcify and cause major discomfort. Sessions can last from 20 minutes up to an hour and can include the whole body.
Pre and post event massages are also availble for people to help you prepare for you sport but also to help remove the latic acid build up that makes your body ache. Removing the discomfort you feel and letting you get back to training sooner.
